About Anesthesiology Consultants Exchange

ACE was formed in 1990 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Since our inception, we have merged with Chattanooga Anesthesiology Consultants in 1996 and Chattanooga Anesthesia Service, Inc. in 1998. We are now the sole provider of anesthesia services for Erlanger Health System, Grandview Medical Center and SkyRidge Medical Center.

We currently are the only anesthesia provider for obstetrical anesthesia in Hamilton County. We have twenty-four Board Certified Anesthesiologists and eighty-three Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

Erlanger Health System - www.erlanger.org

• Erlanger Medical Center: A Level One Regional Trauma Center with anesthesia services provided for a OR Trauma room, OR Crani room, and 19 additional OR rooms. In-house obstetrical services including high-risk obstetrics, 24 hr epidural service and c-section/OB surgical services. 
• Remote anesthesia locations: Radiology including CT, MRI, Special Procedures and Radiology, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and Adult GI Lab.
• Erlanger East: Anesthesia services are provided for a four room OR suite and in-house obstetrical services including 24 hr epidural service and c-section/OB surgical services.
• Plaza: Anesthesia services are provided for five OR rooms and a 3 room GI suite.
• TC Thompson Children’s Hospital: Anesthesia services are provided for four OR rooms. 
• Remote anesthesia locations: Pediatric HEM-OC, and Pediatric GI Lab
